Ecuador invites Embassy for lectures and trade mission

The government of Ecuador has invited the Dutch Cycling Embassy to set up a team and come over to Ecuador for an exchange of expertise and to offer technical assistance.
The exchange will start at a national event to promote cycling policies. The government wants to develop a national master plan on cycling and subsequently to support 7 local governments as pilot cities to develop local cycling plans. The local governments are in want of technical assistance and are showing a particular interest in the Dutch expertise.
